Kelly (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker in Prince Edward Island. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Victoria, where she gained her clinical counsellor designation, and a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care with a specialization in Child Welfare.

Kelly brings over 23 years of experience supporting couples through complex and emotionally charged circumstances. Her work has centered around high-conflict dynamics, intimate partner violence, attachment disruption, and the long-term impact of adversity on relationships.

With a steady and grounded presence, Kelly works with couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or mistrust. She understands how past experiences and unresolved stress can surface in intimate relationships, and she helps partners slow down, deepen understanding, and rebuild safety and communication.

Her approach is trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and collaborative. Kelly is deeply committed to creating therapeutic environments grounded in respect, accountability, and meaningful repair.

Outside of her work, Kelly finds restoration near the beach, in her garden, and in the company of her loved ones. She is a devoted mother, partner, pet parent, and grandmother, and brings the same grounded presence into her personal life that she offers in the therapy room.
