Pet loss and Grief Counselling
Pet loss and grief counselling supports individuals navigating the profound loss of a beloved animal companion, offering validation, understanding, and space to grieve without judgment.
The pain of losing a pet is not only after they pass. It can be watching them age and slow down, living with anticipatory grief, facing difficult decisions, experiencing the uncertainty of a lost pet, or losing access due to separation or life changes.
At HGT Counselling, pet loss grief is not minimized or treated as something to simply “move on” from. It is honoured for what it is: love that ran deep.
This work offers compassionate support and steady guidance as you move through grief in your own way and at your own pace.
